Ready to get started on your journey?

We are pleased to provide access to therapy and assessment via video or phone for adolescents, individuals, and couples in Ontario who are unable to come into the office for appointments or find it challenging to do so.

We offer evidence-based video therapy through our secure encrypted healthcare platform that is compliant with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) to maintain your confidentiality. It is very user-friendly and easy to use. All that is required is a smart phone, tablet, or computer with access to a stable internet connection. We also provide phone and in person therapy when video therapy is not an option.
